Our Service Includes

• GPS tracking system installed in all vehicles.
• All drivers in full uniform, with mobile phones, valid driving licenses, and police verification.
• All vehicles are maintained in excellent condition.
• At all times there will be supervisor allocated for tracking the cabs to make sure that it works on time always.
• Employee tracking services along with software/web access is also available on additional charges.

Terms & Conditions

• Rate Inclusions: The above rate is inclusive of uniformed chauffeur (with Mobile), fuel and all maintenance costs.
• Night Charges: Night Charges (same as outstation night charges) applicable for all local run between 11 pm to 5 am. Outstation Assignments subject to minimum running average of 300 kms per calendar day.
• GST: Actual GST on the total Invoice amount will be applicable, as per Govt. directive.
• Hilly Areas: For Hilly areas, Rs. 1.50/- will be charged additionally.
• Additional Charges: All Interstate Taxes, Permit Fee, Tolls, MCD tax and Parking etc. shall be paid as per actual. In cases where toll is prepaid or e-toll/fast tag, no. of trips with amount of toll shall be mentioned on the signed duty slip or invoice.
• Fuel Surcharge: In case of fuel hike, an increase of every Rs.1 in fuel price will translate into a .75% increase in price from the day of the fuel hike in the form of fuel surcharge. The same would be affected only when the hike in prices is more than 5% from the fuel price on day of rate preparation.
• Fuel Price Reference: Current Diesel prices in Mohali Rs. 88.67 per liter (as on 01.06.2025) will be taken as a reference for calculation purposes for pan India rates.
• Agreement Validity: This Agreement is perpetually valid unless it is terminated by either of the parties by giving a minimum 1-month notice period.
• Cancellation Charges: For Economy/Executive cars: Cancellation made more than 3 hours before the duty reporting time: Nil. Cancellation within 3 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left garage: Half day (4hrs / 40kms).
• Payment Terms: Payments to be made by user-by-User Credit card. By registering the card on PCI compliant secure payment gateway. Ecos will forward the e invoice to user and upon approval the card will be charged. Or, Payments to be made within 15 days of presentation of bills. Any errors in bills must be brought to notice of electronic mail within 7 days of presentation. No disputes will be entertained beyond 7 days of submission of bills in any case. Bill will be presented on immediate/weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis.
